Beta Agreement

Yapperz Delight is an early version. This agreement says what that means for you, how paid beta access works, and how face detection is used. You agree to it when you sign up.
1. It is a beta
Things will break, change or go missing while we build. There is no promise the service will be available at any given time. We may change the beta for future offers while honoring existing purchased terms, and we may end the beta with 14 days notice by email. The paid beta does not guarantee that any particular future feature will launch.
2. Paid beta access
New member spots open in small cohorts so every creator gets fast renders and personal onboarding. Starter ($32/month) opens next. Creator Pro and Studio will follow later. Starter is planned at $32/month (20 minutes of finished video each month). Creator Pro and Studio will follow later. Existing customers keep their agreed prices, founding promises, access and allowances. No existing subscription is migrated or repriced by this update. For the next Founding Beta cohort, when opened: 30% off Starter ($22.40/month for the first 3 monthly billing periods, then $32/month until cancelled). The renewal amount and date will be disclosed before purchase, with advance notice before normal-price renewal. This offer is not active. Yapper is a digital creative service. Used digital service or access is generally non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future renewal and paid access continues through the period already purchased. Exceptions required by applicable law or platform rules, and verified Yapper-caused inability to provide the purchased service, remain honored. Nothing here waives non-waivable rights. Existing customer promises remain honored.
3. Face detection
To place captions, notes and zooms without covering your face, the editor finds where a face is in each frame of your video. This runs on our rendering server while your edit is made. It measures position and size only. It does not identify you, compare you with anyone, or build a face profile, and no face data is kept after the render: the video frames and the positions are deleted with the job's working files. By agreeing you consent to this processing for your own uploads. Do not upload videos of other people without their permission.
4. Your videos and your feedback
Your uploads and your finished edits are yours. We use them only to make and deliver your edit, and we delete them 7 days (free accounts) or 90 to 365 days (paid plans) after the edit is finished. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it. You may post and share the videos you make with Yapperz Delight anywhere.
5. What we ask of you
Be 18 or older. Use your own email and one account. Follow the content rules. Do not share your paid account or bypass processing limits. Only upload content you have the rights to use. Do not resell access or use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.
6. Limits
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mama Hales Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost content, or lost revenue arising from the beta. Only where permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. The terms of use, the privacy policy and this agreement are governed by the law of Georgia, United States. Nothing in this agreement waives non-waivable rights.
