Yapper's Delight is a private beta. These terms are written in plain language so you know exactly what you are agreeing to when you sign in and use it.
1. What Yapper's Delight does
You upload a video of yourself talking. We cut out dead space, add captions and graphics, and give you back an edited video plus captions for social platforms. You choose the style. You review and can change the result before you post it anywhere.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, have an invite, and use your own email address. One account per person. Keep your sign in link private; anyone with it can use your account.
3. Your videos and your content
Everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it back to you as the edited result, and nothing more. We do not use your videos to train anything, we do not show them to other users, and we do not post them anywhere. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including anyone who appears in it and any logos, stickers or images you add. See the content and copyright rules.
4. The edited result
The captions, transcript, graphics and edit choices are generated automatically. They can be wrong. Check the words, the cuts and the on screen text before you post. You own the finished video and can use it however you like, including commercially. Fonts, emoji and sound effects in the edit are licensed for that use.
5. Minutes and payment
Edit time is counted in minutes. A finished edit uses minutes equal to the length of the video you uploaded. Free re-renders of the same edit are limited. If an edit fails on our side, the minutes come back automatically. Invite codes may add free minutes. Purchases, refunds and cancellation are covered in the refunds and cancellation terms.
6. Storage and deletion
Uploads and finished videos are deleted 7 days after upload. Download what you want to keep. Stickers and brand logos stay until you remove them. You can delete your account by emailing us and everything goes with it.
7. Fair use
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content with other people who have not agreed to be in it, anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or aimed at harming someone. Do not try to break into other accounts, overload the service, or copy the service. We can pause or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. Beta means beta
The service can be slow, can fail, and can change without notice. We do our best, but the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost content, lost time or lost income. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
9. Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date at the top and tell you in the app. Questions go to the email address on your invite. These terms apply from the moment you sign in.
