Terms of use

Yapperz Delight is a paid beta. These terms are written in plain language so you know exactly what you are agreeing to when you sign in and use it.

1. What Yapperz Delight does

You upload a video of yourself talking. We cut out dead space, add captions and graphics, and give you back an edited video plus captions for social platforms. You choose the style. You review and can change the result before you post it anywhere.

Paid editing access

Starter is planned at $32/month (20 minutes of finished video each month). Creator Pro and Studio will follow later. New member spots open in small cohorts so every creator gets fast renders and personal onboarding. Starter ($32/month) opens next. Creator Pro and Studio will follow later. Existing customers keep their agreed prices, founding promises, access and allowances. No existing subscription is migrated or repriced by this update.

Output quality depends on the uploaded video. We don't add filters, music libraries or beauty edits. You review and are responsible for what you post. AI can make mistakes. Time estimates aren't guarantees. Third party platforms compress video and may change their rules. Beta/Gated: revisions and retries follow your existing purchased terms. Dissatisfaction with source footage quality isn't a render failure. We make editing faster and easier; we can't promise views, followers or sales.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, have a paid membership to edit, and use your own email address. One account per person. Keep your sign in link private; anyone with it can use your account.

3. Your videos and your content

Your videos stay yours. We never claim license, sublicensing, or training rights to your footage. Everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it back to you as the edited result, and nothing more. We do not use your videos to train anything, we do not show them to other users, and we do not post them anywhere. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including anyone who appears in it and any logos, stickers or images you add. See the content and copyright rules.

4. The edited result

The captions, transcript, graphics and edit choices are generated automatically. They can be wrong. Check the words, the cuts and the on screen text before you post. You own the finished video and can use it however you like, including commercially. Fonts, emoji and sound effects in the edit are licensed for that use.

5. Subscription and payment

Yapper is a digital creative service. Used digital service or access is generally non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future renewal and paid access continues through the period already purchased. Exceptions required by applicable law or platform rules, and verified Yapper-caused inability to provide the purchased service, remain honored. Nothing here waives non-waivable rights. Existing customer promises remain honored.

The affiliate program pays 25% recurring commission on eligible payments actually collected. The standard affiliate buyer discount is 10%. Existing agreed affiliate and buyer promises remain honored. Cancel renewal anytime using your Stan purchase email, or Invoices and card on your account page if you subscribed by card directly before we moved to Stan. Cancellation prevents future renewal; paid access continues through the period you bought.

If a render does not finish, the minutes it used are returned to your account automatically.

Existing paid subscriptions keep their original prices and allowances. Minute accounting applies only to those legacy plans; new-plan allowances will be disclosed before purchase. New minute packs and free-access codes are no longer offered. See the refunds and cancellation terms.

6. Storage and deletion

Uploads and finished videos are kept 7 days on free accounts and 90 to 365 days on paid plans (Starter 90, Creator Pro 180, Studio, Unlimited and Founding 365), then deleted. Download what you want to keep. Stickers and brand logos stay until you remove them. You can delete your account by emailing us and everything goes with it.

7. Fair use

Do not upload content you do not have rights to, content with other people who have not agreed to be in it, anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or aimed at harming someone. Do not try to break into other accounts, overload the service, or copy the service. We can pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Beta means beta

The service can be slow, can fail, and can change without notice. We do our best, but the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost content, lost time or lost income. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Changes and contact

These terms are an agreement between you and Mama Hales Inc of 1211 Washington St, Jefferson, GA 30549, and they are governed by the law of Georgia, United States. When these terms change we update the date at the top and tell you in the app. Questions go to legal@yapperzdelight.com. These terms apply from the moment you sign in.
